Accountability · Toronto & the GTA
The people behind your roof.
A roof is a big job to hand to strangers. So here is who shows up, who runs the work, and who is on the hook if something is not right. No faceless brand — a named person on every job.
Accountability
“I personally stand behind every roof we install.”

(437) 000-0000 · a named foreman is on every job
A named foreman is on every job.
Before your install starts, you get the name and direct contact for the foreman running your roof. They are on site for the work that matters — the tear-off, the look under the old shingles, the decking, the flashing, and the final cleanup. If you have a question, you ask a person, not a call centre.
That same foreman is your point of contact during the job and for any warranty request after. One name, start to finish.
What the foreman owns
- On site for tear-off, decking, and flashing — the steps cheap bids rush
- Photographs the deck before it is covered, so concealed problems are documented
- Confirms the scope matches your signed plan — no surprise change orders
- Runs the final magnetic nail sweep before the crew leaves
- Is the name you call for a warranty request later
The honest part
Sometimes the crew is a subcontractor. A Roofprint person is always on site and on the hook.
Most roofing companies in the GTA use subcontracted crews for at least some of their work. Many do not tell you. We do. For some jobs, the hands on your roof may be a vetted installation crew rather than our direct employees.
Here is the line that does not move: a named Roofprint foreman is on site running the work, your workmanship warranty is from Roofprint, and the people named on your job are the people you call. Responsibility stays with us — it is never handed off to the crew.
The crew on your roof
Real names, photos, and bios go here before we take our first job. Until then, these are sample roles so you can see the shape of who you would work with — we will not show stock photos or invented people.
Lead Foreman (sample)
Site foreman
Runs the install on site from tear-off to final magnetic sweep. The person you can walk up to and ask, "what did you find under there?"
Estimator (sample)
Estimator & scope
Builds your planning range, then verifies the exact scope with photos before you sign — so the price you approve is the price you pay.
Project Coordinator (sample)
Scheduling & updates
Keeps you informed: material delivery, weather holds, and the photo checkpoints that land in your project file.
Sample roster. Real, named, photographed team published before our first install. Work is installed to manufacturer specification.
Straight answers about who does the work
Does Roofprint use subcontractors?
Sometimes, yes. Like most roofing companies in the GTA, we may bring in a vetted installation crew for some jobs. The difference is that we say so plainly, and a named Roofprint foreman is on site running the work and is accountable for it. You are never handed off to a crew with no Roofprint person present.
Who is responsible if there is a problem with my roof?
Roofprint is. Whether the hands on the roof are our direct employees or a subcontracted crew, the workmanship warranty is from Roofprint, and the foreman and estimator named on your job are the people you call. Responsibility does not move to the sub.
Will I know who is coming to my home?
Yes. Before your install, your project file shows the name and contact for the foreman running your job. The same named foreman is your point of contact during the work and for any warranty request afterward.
Why are the names and photos on this page marked "sample"?
Roofprint is a new company. We will not show stock photos or invented bios pretending to be our crew. These placeholders are clearly marked sample until we publish our real, named, photographed team.
