SMS terms & conditions
These terms explain how Roofprint sends you text messages, what to expect, and how to stop them at any time. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept the terms below.

The program
When you ask us to text you, Roofprint sends messages about a roof you are planning or a job we are doing for you. This is a transactional program — we use it to move your project forward, not to advertise. Typical messages include:
- Your roof planning range and a link to view it.
- Appointment booking, reminders, and changes for your on-site assessment.
- Job updates — material delivery, crew arrival, photo checkpoints, and completion.
- Warranty or service-case updates if you open one.
- A reply to a question you texted us.
We call any price we text you a planning range, never a final estimate. Your verified price is confirmed only after an on-site, photo-backed assessment.
Consent is opt-in — and never required to buy
You only receive texts if you opt in — for example, by checking an unchecked box, typing your number into a form that says we'll text you, or texting us first. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting a planning range, booking an assessment, or buying a roof from us. You can use every part of Roofprintby phone or email instead. We do not sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your project. Most texts are tied to something you did — a planning request, a booking, or a stage of your job — so you may receive a few messages around an appointment or install and none in between. We don't send recurring promotional blasts.
Message & data rates may apply
Roofprint does not charge you for text messages. However, message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about the costs. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and is not guaranteed.
How to stop messages — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. After you text STOP, we will send one confirmation message to let you know you have been unsubscribed, and then you will not receive any more texts from that program unless you opt in again. You can also opt back in at any time by texting us or asking us to add you again.
How to get help — reply HELP
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us directly at (437) 000-0000 or hello@roofprint.ca. A HELP reply will return our name and how to reach us.
Supported carriers
We support the major Canadian wireless carriers and their resellers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We treat the mobile number and message content you share with us as described in our privacy policy. We collect your number to run this messaging program and the specific project it relates to. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continuing to receive our texts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
