The terms that govern your use of the Roofprint website and the planning-range tool.
The planning range is not a quote
The address-based figure this site produces is a planning range — an informational figure based on remote data, to help you budget. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract. A firm, contractual price is provided only after an in-person, photo-backed assessment and is set out in a separate written agreement you sign.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep ranges and content accurate, but remote roof data has limits and prices change. We don’t warrant that everything on the site is error-free, and nothing here should be relied on as your final cost.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or misuse the tools. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the Roofprint name and marks belong to Roofprint. The verified legal entity name appears on signed contract documents. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties (maps, payments, financing, e-signature). Their terms and privacy practices also apply when you use those features, and financing is always subject to the lender’s approval (OAC).
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Roofprintisn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on a planning range. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. We may update them; the “last updated” date shows when, and material changes will be made clear.
