ROOFING SERVICES · TORONTO & THE GTA

Start with the problem—not a sales pitch.

Planning a full replacement? Start with the address and inspect a property-specific planning range. Dealing with a leak, missing shingles, or storm damage? Start with the symptom and a photo-backed diagnosis path.

If the roof needs a human look, the record should say so.

RELEASE STATUS

The service pages are visible for review, not represented as released.

Operating scope or intake evidence is incomplete.

This hub remains noindex until the approved asphalt-service scope and the end-to-end repair handoff both clear their release gates. Contact Roofprint for the current path.

SERVICE INDEX

Choose the path that matches the roof

Replacement and repair are separate decisions with separate evidence.

Full asphalt roof replacement

For a planned replacement, recurring problems, or a system comparison. Begin with an aerial-derived property read, then confirm the scope before a firm written price.

Roof repair and leak diagnosis

For active water, a stain, flashing concern, vent or pipe issue, ice symptom, or unknown source. Photos help triage; they do not remotely diagnose a travelling leak.

Start a repair diagnosis

Missing or wind-lifted shingles

For debris, lifted tabs, an exposed area, or wind damage. Protect people, document safely, and assess the condition before assuming full replacement.

What to do about missing shingles

Repair or replace?

Compare condition, spread, previous repairs, hidden risks, durable service, and planning costs without letting roof age decide by itself.

EVIDENCE RECORD

What every Roofprint path should document

Before a decision

The symptom or goal, property, available imagery, visible assumptions, and anything that still requires a site check.

Before a contract

Scope, selected materials, exclusions, verified credentials and terms, HST, payment schedule, work expectations, and change process.

During and after work

Photo checkpoints, approved changes, completion record, product documents, and applicable service or warranty path.

QUESTIONS

Roofing service FAQ

Does Roofprint repair roofs or only replace them?

Roofprint’s approved service architecture separates repair diagnosis from replacement planning. The repair path starts from symptoms; the replacement path starts from the address. Each path publishes only when its operating handoff is verified.

Can Roofprint diagnose a leak online?

No. A description and safe photos can improve triage, but water can travel before it appears indoors. A repair recommendation should follow a safe, on-site, photo-backed diagnosis.

Can I see a replacement planning range before requesting a roof check?

For a supported address, the planning range appears before contact details are requested. A roof-check window is offered afterward only if you choose to continue.

What if the address read is uncertain?

The flow identifies the unsupported input and moves the property to manual review. Roofprint does not fill a gap with a fabricated measurement or precise-looking price.

Does Roofprint offer metal or flat-roof replacement?

This service architecture covers residential asphalt-shingle work only. Metal or flat-roof services should not be inferred unless their installation, pricing, warranty, and coverage gates are separately verified.
